为了满足地下工程抗震抗爆结构设计的需要,对下列需要关注的几个方面进行了系统全面地论述:加强地下工程结构性能设计,全面提高结构整体稳固性;明确既有地下结构抗震抗爆设计的基本原则;加强和完善地下工程结构耐久性设计;采用高强高性能材料,实现地下工程结构的可持续发展;加强地下工程结构整体抗震性能,保证地下工程基本功能的正常发挥;完善地下工程结构设计计算方法,保证地下工程单个结构构件和整体结构的安全;提升结构概念设计的重要性,完善和改进地下工程抗震抗爆结构设计的基本构造要求等。
