目的 :探讨联合补充碘硒控制碘缺乏病的效应。方法 :选择外环境缺碘缺硒地区 ,实验组小学生在供应碘盐的同时每月口服一次 2 0 0mg亚硒酸钠片 ,对照组小学生单纯食用碘盐 ,2年后观察小学生甲状腺肿大率、尿碘和血清TSH、T4、T3 和FT3 变化。结果 :实验组小学生尿碘水平与对照组相当 ,发硒显著高于对照组 ,甲状腺肿大率显著低于对照组 ,血清TSH、T4无显著差异 ,血清T3 和FT3 稍高于对照组但无统计学意义。结论 :联合补充碘硒有助于控制碘缺乏病
Objective: To investigate the effect of iodine and selenium supplementation in iodine deficiency control. Methods: In the external environment of iodine-deficiency and selenium-deficient areas, the pupils in the experiment group orally administered 200 mg sodium selenite tablets once a month while iodized salt was supplied to the pupils in the experimental group. The pupils in the control group simply consumed iodized salt, and the goiter rate , Urinary iodine and serum TSH, T4, T3 and FT3 changes. Results: Compared with the control group, urinary iodine level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Selenium incidence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Serum TSH and T4 levels were not significantly different. Serum T3 and FT3 levels were slightly higher than those in the control group Statistical significance. Conclusion: Combined iodine and selenium supplementation can help control iodine deficiency disorders
