目的:研究不同提取方法对石榴皮提取物阴道泡腾片中的主要有效成分安石榴苷和鞣花酸含量的影响。方法:以安石榴苷和鞣花酸的含量为指标,首先研究不同提取溶剂对安石榴苷和鞣花酸含量的影响,然后考察了超声处理、水浴提取、冷浸提取等不同提取方法,采用HPLC法测定其含量。色谱柱:Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(0.2%三氟醋酸)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速0.8 mL·min~(-1),柱温30℃;检测波长280 nm。结果:甲醇超声处理,提取时间为5min时,安石榴苷和鞣花酸的含量最高。结论:本法提取效率高,时间短,所需温度低,可用于石榴皮提取物阴道泡腾片中安石榴苷和鞣花酸含量的测定。
Objective: To study the effects of different extraction methods on the content of serephagma and ellagic acid in the vaginal effervescent tablet of pomegranate peel extract. Methods: With the content of phlena and ellagic acid as index, the effects of different extraction solvents on the content of phlorizin and ellagic acid were studied first, and then the different extraction methods such as ultrasonic treatment, water bath extraction and cold soak extraction were investigated. HPLC method to determine its content. The mobile phase consisted of Phenomenex Gemini C_ (18) (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution with methanol-acetonitrile-water (0.2% trifluoroacetic acid) , Column temperature 30 ℃; detection wavelength 280 nm. Results: Ultrasonic treatment of methanol, extraction time of 5min, the highest content of pomegranate and ellagic acid. Conclusion: This method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, short time and low temperature, which can be used to determine the content of pomegranate and ellagic acid in vaginal effervescent tablet of pomegranate peel extract.
