应用鼻粘膜纤毛传送速度的测定和粘膜涂片,对33名接触含铬瓷尘的工人作鼻粘膜观察,充血、糜烂病变占48.48%,一般瓷尘工人(51名)仅25.94%。鼻粘膜传送速度随病理损伤加重程度而下降。
Application of nasal mucociliary transmission rate measurement and mucosal smear on 33 workers exposed to chromium ceramic dust for nasal mucosa, congestion, erosion lesions accounted for 48.48%, the general porcelain workers (51) only 25.94%. Nasal mucosal transport rate decreased with the extent of pathological injury.
