随着新课程改革的不断深入,相比较与传统教学理念,新课改理念更新颖,力度空前,使教育发生了革命性的变化。不但有利地促进了教师角色的转变、教学观念和教学方式的革新,而且还有利于学生学习态度、学习方法以及精神面貌的改善。教师作为新课程改革推行的主体,必须要深入学习新课程标准理念,合理、有效地进行教学反思,从而实现“发展学生,提高自己”的教学目标。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, compared with the traditional teaching philosophy, the concept of the new curriculum reform is more innovative and unprecedented, which has led to a revolutionary change in education. Not only has it facilitated the transformation of teachers ’roles, teaching concepts and teaching methods, but also improved students’ learning attitude, learning methods and mental outlook. As the main body of the new curriculum reform, teachers must deeply study the new curriculum standards and rationally and effectively reflect on the teaching so as to realize the teaching goal of “developing students and improving themselves”.
