(1933年8月14日)第一章支票的出票和形式第一条支票须记载下列事项:(1)“支票”一词,载于票据主文中,并以票据文本所使用的用语表明;(2)无条件支付一定金额的委托;(3)支付者(付款入)之名称;(4)付款地;(5)出票日及出票地;(6)出票人(出票人)签名。第二条票据上如欠缺上条所指任一要件,均不被视为支票,但下列各款规定之情况除外。(1)如无特別记载,付款人名称旁所记载之地点视为付款地,如付款人名称旁所记载地点
