利用SWOT分析法,本文分析了“互联网+”背景下宁波外贸企业人才发展的需求现状和宁波外贸企业人才发展现状,并提出新形势下宁波外贸企业人才发展战略的提升策略。
Using SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the demand status of Talents Development in Ningbo Foreign Trade Enterprises under the background of “Internet + ” and the status quo of Talents Development in Ningbo Foreign Trade Enterprises, and puts forward the strategy of promoting Talents Development in Ningbo Foreign Trade Enterprises in the new situation.
