目的观察探讨人性化护理干预在急诊科的实施效果。方法选取我院2016年1-10月收治的100例急诊患者作为研究对象,随机平均分配为对照组和观察组。两组患者年龄、性别以及患病时间之间差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。其中对照组采取的是常规护理方式,观察组采取的是人性化护理服务方式。结果两组患者在住院治疗期间进行比较,观察组在患者满意度及并发症发生率情况均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论通过临床实践证明,人性化护理服务模式在急诊中的实施,提高了患者的整体护理的质量及安全,同时也促进了医院的护理事业的发展。因此值得在今后的护理中使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing intervention in emergency department. Methods A total of 100 emergency patients admitted from January to October in 2016 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly assigned to control group and observation group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, sex and duration of illness, which was comparable. Among them, the control group adopted the routine nursing mode, while the observation group adopted the humane nursing service mode. Results The two groups of patients were compared during hospitalization. The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in patient satisfaction and complication rate (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical practice proved that the implementation of humanized nursing service mode in emergency department improved the quality and safety of patients’ overall nursing and promoted the development of hospital nursing. It is worth using in future care.
