目的:探讨多肌运动诱发电位(MEP)对384例运动神经系统损害的定位诊断价值。方法:经皮对皮层运动区及脊髓行高压电刺激,用4导联记录仪记录多块肢体肌的MEP,根据异常MEP波形及其波形参数(主要是时间参数)的肌节分布对病灶进行定位。结果:本法对各种运动神经系统损害的定位准确率为714%~100%。结论:本法对运动神经系统损害是一个非常有用的、无创、简便而准确的电生理学定位检查法。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-locomotor evoked potential (MEP) in the diagnosis of 384 motor neuron damage. Methods: High-voltage electrical stimulation of cortical area and spinal cord was performed by percutaneous method. The MEP of multiple limb muscles was recorded by 4-lead recorder. According to abnormal MEP waveform and stenosis distribution of waveform parameters (mainly time parameters) Positioning. Results: The accuracy of this method for the localization of various motor neurological diseases was 71.4% -100%. Conclusion: This method is a very useful, non-invasive, simple and accurate electrophysiological localization test for motor nerve system damage.
