城镇化对我国当前扩大消费和投资需求、统筹城乡发展具有重大意义,城镇化需要大量资金的支持,因此要发挥金融业的资金融通功能和优势,推动我国城镇化健康、持续发展。本文拟从城镇化需求产生、理念转变、政策引导、产品创新四个方面分析金融支持城镇化建设,以期为我国城镇化建设尽绵薄之力。
Urbanization is of great significance to the current expansion of consumption and investment demand in our country and the development of urban and rural areas as a whole. Urbanization requires the support of a large amount of funds. Therefore, it is necessary to give play to the financial facilities and advantages of the financial industry and promote the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization in China. This article intends to analyze the financial support for urbanization from the four aspects of urbanization demand generation, philosophy change, policy guidance and product innovation, with a view to making a modest contribution to the urbanization in our country.
