中国石化集团管道储运公司沧州分公司使用的8140kW方箱式加热炉,多年来存在着前墙局部过热和火嘴砖容易损坏的现象。经分析其主要原因有以下两个方面。 (1)火嘴砖扩散角不够。具统计,该公司使用的四台方箱式加热炉、两台弹簧炉和一台卧式快装加热炉,火嘴砖的平均使用寿命分别为1.5a、4a和7a。前者的使用寿命远低于后两种炉型。新换上的火嘴砖使用不到一个冬天就烧坏了。其主要原因是火嘴砖扩散角不够。根据设计,方箱炉前墙在不足40mm~2的墙面上布置了两个人孔、八只看火孔、六只燃烧器旋口,密集的孔门限制了燃烧器旋口的直径和火嘴

According to statistics, the company uses four square box furnaces, two spring furnaces and a horizontal quick-heating furnace. The average service life of firebrick tiles is 1.5a, 4a and 7a respectively. The former is much lower than the last two furnace life. Replacement of the fire mouth brick burned less than a winter. The main reason is the fire mouth tile diffusion angle is not enough. According to the design, the square box front wall in less than 40mm ~ 2 wall layout of the two manholes, eight fire holes, six burner screw mouth, dense hole limit burner screw mouth diameter and fire mouth
