本文介绍了河门口发电厂高压机组主汽管道阀门螺栓预紧应力及机组起动升温过程螺栓应力的测定结果,分析了紧固螺栓早期断裂的主要原因是预紧力过大,提出用电子测力板手可较准确地控制螺栓预紧力,防止早期断裂。
This paper introduces the measurement results of the prestressing stress of the main steam pipe valve bolts and the stress of the bolts during the start-up of the unit in Hemenkou Power Plant.
