成本是电力企业的命脉,成本管理水平直接决定了电力企业的利润和可持续发展。近年来,我国经济发展步入新常态,传统粗放的管理模式已经难以适应新的形势,而供给侧结构改革为电力企业降本增效提供了难得的机遇。为此,本文介绍我国供给侧结构性改革的背景,分析了当前电力企业成本管理的局限性,为电力企业成本管理的创新指明路径,以指导企业正确面对新的市场竞争环境。
Cost is the lifeblood of power companies, cost management directly determines the profitability of power companies and sustainable development. In recent years, the economic development of our country has entered a new normal and the traditional extensive management mode has been hard to adapt to the new situation. The supply-side structural reform has provided a rare opportunity for the power companies to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Therefore, this paper introduces the background of supply-side structural reform in our country, analyzes the limitations of current cost management in electric power enterprises and points out the innovation path of cost management in electric power enterprises so as to guide the enterprises to correctly face the new market competition environment.
