作者就6D—150污水回注泵叶轮断裂问题进行了研究,通过试验找出了断裂原因,指出了克服断裂的可能性。对今后叶轮制造过程中的合金成份及热处理工艺提出了改进意见。
The author studied the problem of 6D-150 sewage pump impeller rupture, found the cause of the rupture through experiments, and pointed out the possibility of overcoming the rupture. In the future impeller manufacturing process of alloy composition and heat treatment process proposed improvements.
