一、前言近几年来,国内钢包喷粉技术发展很快,但是,喷吹用粉剂的研制工作却没有多大进展。目前,主要还是使用硅钙和钝化石灰粉。前者价格昂贵,不利于扩大低硫钢生产,且对某些低硅钢种不太适用。后者难熔,成渣慢,用于中小型钢包,因喷吹时间短,脱硫效率低。为了研制价格低廉且适用于各类不同钢种、不同容量钢包喷吹的粉剂,本试验组以石灰粉为主要成分,其中添加少量的CaF_2、Al_2O_3或Al粉、Ca-Si粉,配制了四种合成渣。经过钢包喷粉工业试验证明,
