目的:探讨肾脏异物结石形成的诱因和预防措施。方法:回顾性分析1例Hem-o-lok导致肾结石形成的临床资料,并结合国内外文献进行分析讨论。结果:采用输尿管软镜结合经皮肾镜钬激光成功清除结石和异物,患者顺利康复出院。结论:肾脏内异物导致肾脏结石的病例少见,大多数是医源性的。加强手术器械核查制度和Hem-o-lok的合理使用可以有助于预防肾内异物的发生。
Objective: To investigate the causes and preventive measures for the formation of kidney foreign body stones. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 1 case of Hem-o-lok lead to the formation of kidney stones clinical data, combined with domestic and foreign literature analysis and discussion. Results: Ureteroscope and percutaneous nephrolithotomy were successfully used to remove stones and foreign bodies. The patients were discharged smoothly. CONCLUSIONS: Kidney foreign body causes kidney stones rare cases, most of them are iatrogenic. To strengthen the surgical instruments verification system and the rational use of Hem-o-lok can help prevent the occurrence of intra-renal foreign body.
