作为ATP再生技术的应用延伸,该专题以卡拉胶-魔芋多糖复配胶为载体,将酵母固定化,应用于生物合成CTP,取得了较好效果.酵母可反复使用十余次,催化反应后易于与反应溶液分离,并且反应溶液中酵母分泌物和碎片等杂质减少.目前,该技术已用于GTP、UTP和dAMP、dGMP、dCTP、dTTP等产品的试制.
