陕西省的查田定产工作计划经九月十七日省人民政府委员会第二届第二次会议上讨论批准后,随时指示陕中地区和陕北部份地区着手进行,而各区都依照省府的指示清神,并结合当地具体情况,已于九月二十六日至十月三日分别召开了各种不同的会议,确定渭南、咸阳、岐山,长安之韦曲区已经开始试办。兹将过去陕北老区查田定产和近两年来征收农业税工作中,有关查田评产方面的一些问题提出来以供各地在执行该项工作时作参考。
