安全与效益是承载人类社会发展的两只轮子。安全生产关乎生命健康、财产安全,关乎企业的长远发展。对企业来说,没有效益就没有安全、没有安全也没有效益。处理安全与效益关系的根本原则:安全第一、效益第二。把握了处理安全与效益关系的原则、方法,能够促使人类社会、企业及个人健康发展。 安全生产要从多方面抓起,但最核心的是要能够真正地树立“以人为本”的思想,并且达到与环境相和谐,增加企业效益这一目的。鉴于此,本期我们组织编发一组有关安全话题的稿件,旨在通过进一步谈理念、摆观点、讲认识,来促进企业管理者真正把安全工作落到实处,切实抓出成效来。同时,也为启迪那些尚不知道怎样去抓安全生产的企业尽早找到适合自己的安全生产办法来。
Safety and efficiency are the two wheels that carry the development of human society. Safe production is about life and health, property safety and the long-term development of the enterprise. For enterprises, there is no safety without benefits, no safety benefits. The fundamental principle of dealing with the relationship between safety and efficiency is safety first and efficiency second. It has grasped the principles and methods of handling the relationship between safety and efficiency so as to promote the healthy development of human society, enterprises and individuals. Safety production should start from many aspects, but the core is to really establish “people-oriented” thinking, and to achieve harmony with the environment and increase the effectiveness of this purpose. In view of this, we organized and compiled a series of manuscripts on safety topics so as to encourage business managers to truly carry out their safety work and make concrete achievements through further discussion of concepts, perspectives and understanding. At the same time, but also to enlighten those who still do not know how to grasp the safety of production enterprises as soon as possible to find their own safe production methods.
