笔者曾于1990年本刊第四期上分析、介绍过JDF-2型井字架吊篮自动防坠器的性能和特点,如结构紧凑,整体性强;动作可靠,制动距离短(在200mm以下)等。但该型防坠器采用齿条齿轮传动机构,使加工费增加。笔者经多方探讨与试验,设计成一种完全取消齿轮机构且不增加结构复杂性的井字架吊篮自动防坠器。其结构原理如图1所示。工作过程如下:当井字架吊篮发生意外坠落时,重块1在压簧2推动下上弹,带起挡钩3,脱钩后二只偏心轮在夹持簧5的
The author once analyzed and introduced the performance and features of JDF-2 type derrick hanging basket automatic fall arrester in the fourth issue of the 1990 issue of the journal, such as compact structure and strong integrity; reliable operation and short braking distance ( 200mm or less) etc. However, this type of anti-dropping device adopts a rack and pinion transmission mechanism, which increases processing costs. After many discussions and experiments, the author designs an automatic anti-dropping device for the derrick hanging basket that completely eliminates the gear mechanism and does not increase the structural complexity. Its structural principle is shown in Figure 1. The working process is as follows: When the derrick hanging basket accidentally falls, the weight 1 is lifted by the pressure spring 2 and lifts up the blocking hook 3, and the two eccentric wheels are behind the clamping spring 5 after uncoupling.
