Describe several ways to eliminate vibrations during boring machining, as well as vibrations on the tool workpiece surface. Among the vibrations of various sources in the cutting system, the harm of the positive feedback vibration is the greatest. It limits the depth of cut (due to productivity), adversely affecting tool failure prematurely. Although the machining system is a distributed system, all current effective controllers have been simplified to a single degree of freedom mixed cutting process. This is because the study found that there is only one major pattern in most cutting processes. The advantages and disadvantages of using different boring tools for boring are summarized.
