行政救济与社会管理创新均以解决矛盾争端、促进社会和谐为着力点,具有目标同向性。作为行政救济主体的行政机关同时又是最重要的社会管理主体,在行政救济中具有其自身的相对优势,但也面临救济力度偏弱、救济效率偏低等问题。应强化行政调解、拓宽社会管理路径,改善行政裁决制度、提升社会管理效果,完善行政复议制度、保障社会管理的公正性,改革行政投诉制度、优化社会管理秩序,以此完善行政救济机制,最终促进社会管理创新。
