金融服务是人民银行的三大职能之一,是中央银行实施货币政策和维护金融稳定的基础和保障。人民银行在履行金融服务职能时,不仅直接向社会主体提供金融服务,而且还在规范与推动其他部门、其他领域的金融服务工作中发挥着基础性作用。作为最贴近地区经济、金融、社会发展实际的基层人民银行,如何探索新的、更为有效的金融服务制度、方式和手段,并带动社会整体金融服务工作的优化,不仅是我国经济社会发展的需要,也是我国金融业在经济全球化发展趋势下提高竞争力,求生存、求发展的内在需要。金融服务如何创新?除了要有创造的过程,新事物的出现,更为重要的是,一定要有正确的策略作指导,有切实可行的方案来落实,并以能够产生积极的效应为目标,这样的创新才是有价值的创新。
Financial services is one of the three major functions of the PBC and is the foundation and guarantee for the Central Bank to implement monetary policy and safeguard financial stability.
