需求设计是产品设计的起点,决定产品创新设计的目标。全面、准确地获取并分析用户需求信息,开发出满足用户需求的产品,是企业进行产品创新设计与开发成功的关键。通过分析需求的层次性和进化性本质,将需求进化定律与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中的技术进化理论相融合,从宏观、微观两个层次上定性把握产品的用户需求进化方向,进而提出了用户需求获取的原理过程。然后综合运用TRIZ工具,建立了需求进化和技术进化集成的未来产品开发和现有产品改进设计的用户需求获取过程模型。以带式输送机断带保护装置为例验证了模型的有效性。
Demand design is the starting point for product design, product innovation and design decisions. Comprehensive and accurate access to and analysis of user needs information to develop products that meet the needs of users is the key to successful product design and development. By analyzing the hierarchical and evolutionary nature of the demand, the evolutionary law of demand is integrated with the theory of technological evolution in the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ) to qualitatively grasp the evolution direction of users’ needs at the macro and micro levels, and then put forward The principle of the user needs to obtain the process. Then, the TRIZ tools are used to establish the process model of user requirements acquisition for future product development and existing product improvement design integrating evolution of needs and evolution of technology. Taking the belt conveyor belt break protection device as an example, the validity of the model is verified.
