2007年11月4日,以“全民共同学习,推进教育公平,关爱困难群体,提高生活质量”为主题,由中国成人教育协会、中国教科文全国委员会主办,上海市教委、市精神文明办、市学习办、浦东新区政府和市成人教育协会承办的“2007年全民终身学习活动周”拉开序幕,教育部副部长吴启迪、市委副书记殷一璀、副市长杨定华出席开幕式。开幕式上传出消息,经过近20年建设,一个融社区教育、职业培训、继续教育、农村教育和老年教育为一体的终身教育体系初具规模。
On November 4, 2007, with the theme of “learning for all by common people, promoting fair education, caring for disadvantaged groups and improving the quality of life,” the seminar was sponsored by China Adult Education Association and China National Commission for Education and Culture. Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and City Spiritual Civilization Office of City, Office of Education, Pudong New Area Government and City Adult Education Association “2007 Lifelong Learning Activities Week ” kicked off, Vice Minister of Education Wu Qidi, Yin Yi Cui, deputy secretary of municipal Party committee, vice mayor Yang Dinghua attend Opening ceremony. The news of the opening ceremony came out. After nearly 20 years of construction, a lifelong education system integrating community education, vocational training, continuing education, rural education and old age education has taken shape.
