带特定曲线旋转体零件(如图1)曲线部份的制造,常用仿型车削或成形车刀车削。成形车刀的曲线部份,大多用直接磨制法制造,即直接按零件特定曲线磨制,如图2所示。手工磨制时,采用特定曲线样板校对;或借助于成形磨削机床(带缩放仿型修砂轮装置)、仿型磨削机床(带传感器直仿装置)等制造。直接磨削法,在制作后面过程中,存在引生曲线误差的缺点。对零件特定的曲线进行预修正计算,颇为繁琐。
