筛选了30种植物提取物的抗过敏作用,观察其对48h时被动皮肤过敏反应、介质诱导的血管渗透性改变以及大鼠肥大细胞组胺释放等的影响,发现中药丹参的提取物具有抗过敏活性。以活性引导分馏法分离丹参的甲醇提取物,得到4种具有体外抗过敏作用的活性物质,丹参酮-Ⅰ、15,16-二氢丹参酮-Ⅰ、丹参酮-Ⅱ A、隐丹参酮。其中15,16-二氢丹参酮-1与隐丹参酮可明显抑制体外培养的RBL-2H3细胞(一种培养的肥大细胞系)的β-氨基己糖苷酶
The anti-allergic effects of 30 plant extracts were screened, and the effects of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis, media-induced vascular permeability changes, and histamine release from rat mast cells were observed at 48 hours, and it was found that the extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza have anti-allergy active. Separation of methanol extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by activity-guided fractionation method yielded four active substances with in vitro antiallergic effects, tanshinone-I, 15,16-dihydrotanshinone-I, tanshinone-II A, and cryptotanshinone. Among them, 15,16-dihydrotanshinone-1 and cryptotanshinone can significantly inhibit β-hexosaminidase from RBL-2H3 cells (a cultured mast cell line) cultured in vitro.
