沭阳县西圩中心小学是一所充满活力的学校,占地面积29290平方米,建筑面积9500平方米,有27个教学班,共有学生921名,教职工58人,教师学历合格率达100%,其中大专学历12名,本科学历46名,小学高级教师35名。学校教学设备齐全,图书仪器达标,环境安全优雅。校园花圃、雕塑、壁画相映成趣;橱窗、名人名言、标语文化氛围浓厚;高杆树木、中矮花草错落有致;春夏秋冬树木成荫、花香四溢。多年来,学校坚持以教学质量为中心、以硬件设施为平台、以特色教育为载体、以教育科研为突破、以全面育人为目标。全体教职工自加压力,负重拼搏,学校的硬件建设逐步改善,校容校貌大有改观,学校管理不断强化,内部配套日趋完善,教育质量大幅提高,整体办学水平和办学档次逐步提升,为我乡进一步实施布局调整,整合教育资源,打造人民最满意教育奠定了坚实的基础。去年,我校顺利
