一、前言 “原子发射光谱分析”简称“光谱分析”是现代物质元素分析仪器之一。它是利用物质发射的光谱来判断物质组成的一门分析技术。而化学光谱分析首先对试样进行化学处理,然后再进行光谱测定。它是目前应用最广泛的一种光谱分析手段。由于光谱分析中使用的激发光源是热激发光源,被激发后发射的光谱是线状光谱。这种线状光谱只能反映原子或离子的特性,而与分子状态无关,
First, the preamble “Atomic emission spectroscopy” referred to as “spectral analysis” is one of the modern material element analysis instruments. It is an analytic technique that uses the spectrum of a material emission to determine the composition of matter.
