班会背景高中生正处于人格发展的关键期,既有独立判断、自主选择的需要,又容易盲从潮流、消解主流。他们渴望与人和谐相处,向往更加美好的社会,但往往自主意识过强,担当精神不够,不善于沟通。本次活动根据埃里克森的人格发展理论,力图促进学生对当下的自我、理想中的自我和他人期望中的自我统一协调。从知情意行等角度进行指导,使学生体验友善,了解友善的动机,学会与人友善沟通,将善念推广到陌生人,促进人格和谐发展。
High school students background is the critical period of personality development, both independent judgments, the need for independent choice, but also easy to blindly follow the trend and eliminate the mainstream. They long for harmony with people and aspire to a better society. However, they tend to be overly self-conscious, take on inadequate energy and are not good at communication. According to Erickson’s theory of personality development, this activity seeks to promote students ’self-reliance on present self, ideal self and others’ expectation. From the perspective of informed intention to make students experience friendly, understand the motivation of friendship, learn to communicate with others friendly, good thoughts will be extended to strangers, and promote the harmonious development of personality.
