业已证明,金槐冠心片对冠心病有一定疗效。本文报道了在临床上金槐冠心片同样具有与家兔试验相似的抗脑垂体后叶素作用。金槐冠心片能减轻脑垂体后叶素所致的急性冠脉缺血产生的心电图变化,如窦性心律不齐、过早搏动、ST段抬高、T波幅度增高等。其原因可能是由于金槐冠心片药物使冠脉扩张。此药对心率和血压无影响。但金槐冠心片不能对抗后叶素引起的心率减慢作用,对血压影响也不大。
It has been proved that Jinhuai crown tablets on coronary heart disease have a certain effect. This article reports that in the clinical Jinhuai crown tablets also have the same anti-rabbit pituitary vasopressin effect. Jinhuai crown tablets can reduce pituitrin-induced acute coronary ischemia ECG changes, such as sinus arrhythmia, premature beat, ST segment elevation, T-wave amplitude increased. The reason may be due to Jinhuai crown tablets drug coronary expansion. This medicine has no effect on heart rate and blood pressure. However, Jinhuai crown tablets can not be antagonized by vasopressin heart rate slowed down, the impact on blood pressure is not large.
