企业管理者部有这样一个深刻的体会,做好企业工作既要有严格的管理制度,也要调动广大职工热爱企业的精神力量,两者相辅相成,都是实现企业目标必不可少的措施。但是,长期以来,我们往往摇摆于两者之间而偏重一方,苦于寻找不到能把两者有机结合起来的有效载体。经过实践摸索,我们逐步感受到,通过企业文化建设可以使两者有效地结合。也就是说,如果把建设企业文化作为改进政治思想工作的途径,那么企业思想政治工作就会发生根本性的变化。
The Enterprise Management Department has such a profound experience that to do a good job in the enterprise requires not only a strict management system, but also the mobilization of the employees’ love for the spiritual power of the company. The two are mutually reinforcing and are all necessary measures to achieve the business goals. However, for a long time, we tend to oscillate between the two and focus on one side, and are struggling to find an effective carrier that can organically combine the two. Through practice and exploration, we gradually feel that through the construction of corporate culture, the two can be effectively combined. In other words, if building corporate culture as a way to improve political ideological work, then the ideological and political work of enterprises will undergo a fundamental change.
