看了徐聞道同志的文章,引起了我的一些感触。我从事教育工作已有十三年,先后担任过小学教导主任、校长,現任中学教师。十三年来,我接触过各式各样的青少年,也和不少頑皮学生打过交道。总結过去的工作,我有这么一点体会:教师对学生既要建立威信,也要有点威风。所謂威信,就是要使学生感到教师可敬可信。建立威信的途徑,我认为首要的是教好課,通过教課,使学生体驗到教师的威严,意識到教师是值得尊敬的人。建立威信的另一个方面是,教师对学生要言行一致,说干就干,雷厉风行,不能开空头支票。作为教师,光有威信还不行,必要时,还得有
