综述油膜厚度测量的理论,介绍了生产中用于镀锡板油膜厚度测量的亲水天平和消光型椭圆仪两种仪器,分析了这两种仪器在测量中的不足,根据椭圆偏振光原理及椭偏仪工作原理,设计研究采用椭偏仪测定镀锡板表面油膜厚度的方法并付诸于实践。
This paper reviews the theories of oil film thickness measurement, introduces two kinds of instruments such as hydrometer and extinction ellipsometer for the measurement of tin film thickness in production, and analyzes the shortcomings of these two instruments in measurement. According to the principle of elliptically polarized light and Ellipsometer work principle, design and study using ellipsometry tin plate surface film thickness method and put into practice.
