目的建立苏合香中苯甲酸、肉桂酸、苯甲酸苄酯含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kro-masil 100 AC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温40℃;以1%冰醋酸水溶液(A)–乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min;在232nm(苯甲酸和苯甲酸苄酯)和280nm(肉桂酸)波长下进行检测。结果苯甲酸的线性范围为0.14532~2.9064μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率(n=6)为99.60%,RSD为1.8164%;肉桂酸的线性范围为0.00328~0.0656μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率(n=6)为101.8%,RSD为0.7052%;苯甲酸苄酯的线性范围为0.22192~4.4384μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为102.4%,RSD为0.8541%。结论高效液相色谱法简便可行,结果准确可靠,其测量结果可做为苏合香质量控制的参考。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzoic acid, cinnamic acid and benzyl benzoate in Suhexiang. Methods HPLC was used. The chromatographic column was Kro-masil 100 AC18 (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The column temperature was 40°C. The mobile phase was 1% glacial acetic acid (A)-acetonitrile (B). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; detection was performed at 232 nm (benzoic acid and benzyl benzoate) and 280 nm (cinnamic acid) wavelengths. Results The linear range of benzoic acid was 0.14532-2.9064 μg (r=1.0000), the average recovery (n=6) was 99.60%, the RSD was 1.9164%, and the linear range of cinnamic acid was 0.00328-0.0656 μg (r=1.0000). The average recovery (n=6) was 101.8%, the RSD was 0.7052%; the linear range of benzyl benzoate was 0.22192 to 4.4384 μg (r=0.9998), the average recovery (n=6) was 102.4%, and the RSD was 0.8541. %. Conclusion High performance liquid chromatography is simple and feasible, and the result is accurate and reliable. The measurement results can be used as a reference for quality control of Su Hexiang.
