目的观察不同清洗方法对氧气湿化瓶消毒效果的影响。方法实验组采用稀盐酸涮洗+酶液清洗,对照组采用常规单一的酶液清洗。结果重复使用7次后湿化瓶清洁度情况比较,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);储存条件符合标准要求的情况下,14天细菌残留情况有统计学意义(P<0.01),7天细菌残留情况(P>0.05)无统计学意义。结论采用稀盐酸刷洗+酶液清洗氧气湿化瓶,效果优于采用单一的酶液清洗;在规定的温度、湿度和其它条件下储存湿化瓶可保存14天。
Objective To observe the effect of different cleaning methods on the disinfection effect of oxygen humidification bottle. Methods The experimental group was rinsed with dilute hydrochloric acid + enzyme solution, and the control group was cleaned with conventional single enzyme solution. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group was better than the control group after repeated use for 7 times (P <0.05). When the storage conditions met the requirements of the standard, the 14-day bacterial residue was statistically significant (P <0.01) 7 days bacterial residue (P> 0.05) no statistical significance. Conclusions The use of dilute hydrochloric acid scrubbing + enzyme cleaning oxygen humidification bottle, the effect is better than using a single enzyme cleaning; storage under the conditions of temperature, humidity and other humidifying bottles can be stored for 14 days.
