目的 探讨不同标本分离的醋酸钙不动杆菌对 1 2种常用抗生素耐药性的差异。方法 用纸片扩散法检测 1 0 2株自痰液、伤口及其它标本分离醋酸钙不动杆菌的耐药性。结果 醋酸钙不动杆菌的总耐药率 :IPM为 5.9%、CPLX为 7.8%、CTX为 1 0 .8%、AMK为 1 4 .7%、CAZ为 1 4 .7%、MEZ为 1 9.6 %、GEN为 2 9.4 %、CXM -S为 54.9%、CXM -A为 54.9%、AMP为 59.8%、CFX为 82 .3%、CEZ为 83.3%。IPM等 4种抗生素对不同标本分离醋酸钙不动杆菌的耐药性无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 50 ) ,AMK等 9种抗生素对不同标本分离醋酸钙不动杆菌的耐药性有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 耐药率最高的抗生素是CEZ、CFX。对不同标本分离菌株耐药性有显著差异的抗生素是从AMK、CPLX、CAZ、MEZ、GEN、CXM -S、CXM -A、AMP。
Objective To investigate the difference of drug resistance of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus isolated from different samples to 12 commonly used antibiotics. Methods The drug resistance of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus isolated from sputum, wounds and other specimens was examined by disk diffusion method. Results The total drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus was 5.9% for IPM, 7.8% for CPLX, 10.0% for CTX, 14.7% for AMK, 14.7% for CAZ and 1 9.6 for MEZ %, GEN is 2 9.4%, CXM -S is 54.9%, CXM-A is 54.9%, AMP is 59.8%, CFX is 82.3% and CEZ is 83.3%. IPM and other antibiotics on different specimens of Acinetobacter isolates of drug resistance was no significant difference (P> 0.05), AMK and other 9 kinds of antibiotics on different samples of Acinetobacter calcoacetic resistance Significant difference (P <0. 05). Conclusion The most resistant antibiotic is CEZ, CFX. Antibiotics with significant differences in resistance to different strains of isolates were derived from AMK, CPLX, CAZ, MEZ, GEN, CXM-S, CXM-A, AMP.
