Idiopathic hypercalciuria (idiopathic hypercalciuria, IH) is an unexplained increase in urinary calcium and serum calcium normal calcium metabolism, is an important risk factor for the formation of urinary tract stones. Patients with increased intestinal absorption of calcium, increased bone resorption and renal urinary calcium reabsorption resulting in decreased calcium hypercalciuria. At present, animal models are used to study the pathogenesis of this disease. It is found that the gene polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor (VDR), the increased expression of VDR and the abnormalities of its regulatory proteins play an important role in the basic pathogenesis of IH Important role.
