中小企业在促进经济增长、扩大劳动就业、推动技术进步、创造社会财富等方面越来越凸显其重要性,已成为推动我国经济市场化和经济增长的重要力量,但融资难的问题始终制约着我国的中小企业发展。在全球金融危机的席卷之下,中小企业资金链断裂,纷纷陷入被迫裁员、停业、倒闭的困境。对我国中小企业融资面临的问题及其成因进行分析,并给出相应的对策建议。
