一、前言我厂生产的S7450大型精密螺纹磨床能加工长达5m的大型丝杆,解决长距离、高精度的临床动态测量是提高机床性能和加工精度的前提条件,我们根据双频激光干涉原理,在S7450五米螺纹磨床上配备了双频激光动态测量系统,不但实现了对该磨床各种螺距的机床传动链误差的测量、修正,而且在磨床上对各种规格的加工丝杆(矩形、角度、梯形、滚珠丝杆)进行了稳定可靠的精度测量。由于该测量系统采用了计算机来完成数据采集、误差实时运算,用人机对话方式操作,因此不仅使临床测量的重复性,稳定性比传统方
