目的:评价MSCT血管成像技术在急性脑蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用。方法:回顾性的对我院220例头颅CT或脑脊液检查确诊为蛛网膜下腔出血,随后又行MSCTA检查随后又行手术或DSA检查的患者资料进行分析,把CTA的影像诊断结果和最终诊断结果进行比较,评价MSCTA在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的初期诊断实用性及准确性。结果:CTA能够正确的检出DSA和手术所见确定为破裂性动脉瘤出血的199例患者中的181例。结论:MSCTA对因破裂性动脉瘤引起的蛛网膜下腔出血的患者具有较高的检出率,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。
Objective: To evaluate the application of MSCT angiography in patients with acute cerebral subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital 220 cases of head CT or cerebrospinal fluid was diagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage, followed by MSCTA and subsequent surgery or DSA examination of patient data analysis, the CTA imaging diagnosis and final diagnosis The results were compared and evaluated in the early diagnosis of MSCTA subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with practicality and accuracy. Results: CTA was able to correctly detect 181 of the 199 patients identified by DSA and surgery as having ruptured aneurysm hemorrhage. Conclusion: MSCTA has a high detection rate in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by ruptured aneurysms, which has an important guiding significance for clinical treatment.
