去年十月間,中央人民政府農業部顧問,蘇聯農業專家盧森科同志,曾赴河北石家莊專區及邯郸專區,指導棉花豐產工作。他先後參觀了河北省的農場和專區農場及勞動模範梁家瑞、張德芳、宋成全等的棉花豐產地,並就地進行指導。他在邯郸專區召開了棉花豐產座谈會,解答了到會者提出的有关棉花豐產的疑難問題,介紹了蘇聯棉花丰產的先進經驗。這篇報告是根據他的談話整理出來的。他說,各地在運用这些經驗時,必須根據當地的具體條件,結合農民的豐產經驗和農場的試驗效果來决定。我們認为這篇報告對我國棉花丰產運動是有重要指導意義的。
Last October, the consultant of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Central People’s Government and Comrade Lussenko, a Soviet agricultural expert, went to the special area of Handan and Shijiazhuang, Hebei to guide the work of cotton yield. He visited the farms and farm farms in Hebei Province and the model farms of cotton, such as Liang Jiarui, Zhang Defang and Song Chengquan, and provided guidance on the spot. He held a workshop on cotton yield in Handan area to answer the intricacies raised by attendees on the cotton yield and introduced the advanced experience of cotton yield in the Soviet Union. This report is based on his conversation. He said that in applying these experiences, all localities must make their decision based on the specific conditions on the ground, combining the rich experience of peasants and the experimental effect of the farms. We think this report is of great guiding significance for the cotton yield campaign in our country.
