一直以来,我们的教师对培养学生课堂学习的兴趣停留在肤浅的认识层面,认为课堂上学生因教师一个有意思的笑话,一时振奋起来,就是在培养学生兴趣。这种情况多半是学生听笑话时很兴奋,听完了情绪又陷入麻木与冷漠中。所以,如果我们所追求的只是那种表面的、显而易见的刺激,以引起学生对学习的兴趣,那我们就永远不能培养起学生对脑力劳动真正的热爱。我们应该努力使学生自己去发现兴趣的源泉,让他们在这个发现过程中体验到自我劳动的成就感。一、学习本身就是兴趣的源泉
All along, our teachers’ interest in cultivating students’ classroom learning stays at a superficial level of understanding. Students in the classroom, inspired by an interesting joke by teachers, are sometimes excited to cultivate students’ interest. This situation is mostly excited when students listen to jokes, listening to emotion and into numbness and indifference. So, if only the superficial and obvious excitement we seek is to arouse students’ interest in learning, we can never cultivate the genuine love of students for mental work. We should try our best to make students discover the source of their own interests and let them experience the sense of accomplishment of self-work during this process of discovery.
