目的: 了解中华按蚊在室内发育的繁殖能力。方法: 捕捉中华按蚊带回室内做单管养殖, 观察中华按蚊各时期的发育情况。结果: 中华按蚊受气温、湿度、光线的影响, 得到中华按蚊从蚊→幼虫→蛹→蚊各阶段发育所需时间及羽化率。结论: 中华按蚊室内繁殖能力在适宜条件下, 能迅速生长发育繁殖, 气温越高需时越短, 气温越低需时越长, 至到停止发育和死亡。为防蚊灭疟提供了科学依据
Objective: To understand the reproductive ability of Anopheles sinensis in the indoor development. Methods: Anopheles sinensis was collected to carry out single tube culture indoors to observe the development of Anopheles sinensis in different periods. Results: Anopheles sinensis was affected by temperature, humidity and light, and the time and emergence rate of Anopheles sinensis from mosquito to larvae to pupa to mosquito were obtained. Conclusion: The indoor reproductive capacity of Anopheles sinensis can grow and develop rapidly under suitable conditions. The higher the temperature is, the shorter the time is. The lower the temperature is, the longer it takes to stop the development and death. Provide a scientific basis for mosquito control
