近年来,电力建设的快速发展有力地促进了国民经济的发展,但由于受到项目建设规模、建设水平以及投资估算等因素的影响,电力工程造价上涨很快,影响了电力工程建设的健康发展。针对电力工程造价控制与管理中存在的问题,本文介绍了如何利用工程概预算对设计、实施各个阶段进行严格管理,合理确定电力工程建设规模和成本,从而有效控制电力工程造价的问题。1电力工程造价管理的总体要求
In recent years, the rapid development of power construction has strongly promoted the development of the national economy.
