一、为什么万科要培养职业经理阶层?1、职业经理是新兴企业必需的管理阶层。从社会发展的方向来看,职业经理阶层将是未来市场经济下的企业所需要的。目前社会上的企业经营者的可分为:国营企业厂长、经理;私营企业主;新兴企业职业经理。三者的产生途径、任职要求、特长和适应的环境,各不相同,不能互相调换。因此,万科将1998年定为“职业经理年”。职业经理的四个特点
First, why should Vanke cultivate professional managers? 1. Professional managers are the necessary management of emerging companies. Judging from the direction of social development, professional managers will be required by enterprises in the future market economy. At present, corporate managers in the society can be divided into: state-owned enterprise managers and managers; private enterprise owners; and emerging enterprise professional managers. The ways in which the three are created, the requirements for their posts, their special skills and the environment for adaptation are different and cannot be exchanged with each other.
