1956年在所有基本建设工程中掀起了一个节约水泥的高潮,在公路工程施工中也采取了各种节约水泥的措施,经过这一年来的实践,取得了一定的成绩。一年来,在公路工程中所实施的节约水泥的技术措施有这样几个方面: (一)采用新技术和先进经验节约水泥采用新技术和先进经验节约水泥的办法有三种:一是干硬性或低流动性混凝土;二是在混凝土中掺加塑化剂;三是砌石挤浆法。前两种新技术是从苏联介绍来的,施工单位主要是根据国家建设委员会1956年5月10日所颁发的“关于在基本建设工程中节约水泥的几项措施”内
