临床上,肾功能检查是泌尿系统疾病的重要诊断方法,也是诊治其他系统疾病或严重感染、外伤、大手术时需要参考的一项常用检查项目。由于各种肾功能检查的原理和临床意义不尽相同,因此,在实际工作中,应根据不同的病情,选择应用。本文仅就常用肾功能检查的原理和临床意义简介如下,至于检查方法,请参阅检验学书籍。目前临床上常用的肾功能检查主要用于测定肾脏的泌尿功能,根据其检查重点不同,可分为四类(表1)。
Clinically, renal function test is an important diagnostic method of urinary system diseases, but also a common check items for diagnosis and treatment of other systemic diseases or serious infections, trauma, major surgery need to refer to. Due to various principles and clinical significance of renal function tests vary, therefore, in actual work, should be based on different conditions, choose to apply. This article only on the principle and clinical significance of common renal function profile is as follows, as for the inspection method, please refer to the test book. Currently used in clinical renal function test is mainly used to determine the urinary function of the kidneys, according to their different priorities can be divided into four categories (Table 1).
