上海近年来已把医药产业和生物技术列为支柱产业,并成立了新药开发中心,市政府还设立了生物医药办公室。上海市医药工业产值在1994年已超过60亿人民币,到2000年要超过100亿人民币。
In recent years, Shanghai has listed the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology as pillar industries, and established a new drug development center. The municipal government has also set up a biomedical office. The output value of Shanghai’s pharmaceutical industry has exceeded 6 billion yuan in 1994 and will exceed 10 billion yuan in 2000.
