对不同加工方法生产的金银花中绿原酸等成分进行含量测定比较,发现硫熏法、烘干法生产的加工品不仅外观质量好,而且绿原酸含量亦高,应在生产中推广。
By comparing the content of chlorogenic acid and other components in honeysuckle produced by different processing methods, it was found that processed products produced by sulfur-smoke method and drying method not only have good appearance quality, but also have high chlorogenic acid content and should be promoted in production.
